“Try to Remember” what being young and in love meant to you! Two families conspire first to keep a young couple apart through a fake feud, then to bring them together through a phony abduction. But along this twisting path to true love, the lovers become entangled in temptation and the loss of innocence. As they find their way back to each other, audiences are treated to such standards as “I Can See It,” “Soon It’s Gonna Rain,” and the wonderfully funny “Never Say No” and “Plant a Radish.” Music by Harvey Schmidt and book and lyrics by Tom Jones.
